 Custom  Apparel Policy All items sold on this website are custom-made to order. Because of the  personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once an order  has been placed. No Returns or Exchanges We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, color  preference changes, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing  charts, product details, and order information before completing your  purchase. Order Accuracy Customers are responsible for ensuring all order details are correct at  checkout, including size, color, and design selection. Once production  has begun, changes cannot be made. Production & Turnaround Time Custom apparel requires production time. Estimated turnaround times are  provided at checkout and may vary depending on order volume, product  type, or unforeseen delays. We appreciate your patience—good things take  time. Defects or Errors If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or an error caused by  us, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the  issue. If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund at our  discretion. Color & Design Variations Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, fabric type, or  printing methods. Minor variations are normal and not considered  defects. Care Instructions We are not responsible for damage caused by improper washing, drying, or  care. Please follow provided care instructions to maintain the quality  of your garment. Copyright & Artwork Customers confirm they have the right to use any custom artwork, logos,  or designs submitted.
